      CO-CREATE 

  • Overcome barriers and find solutions.  
  • Organise local and sector specific campaigns.
  • Crowdsource feedback on ideas, training, recruitment packs etc.  

      CHANGE 

  • Use this space to learn through bitesize, meaningful chunks that allow us to meet our personal #YoungTrustee goals.
  • Commit to developing our understanding of conditions that allow for inclusive spaces and proactively take action.
  • Disrupt the image of what a trustee looks like and raise awareness of the power of by shining a light on the impact made by young trustees. 

WE DO THIS, SO THAT:

  • Charity boardrooms reflect their communities.

  • Charities can better manage risk, navigate uncertainty and future proof through a meaningful diversity of perspective. 
  • We create a norm for charity boards to pursue inclusive practices and cultures; and realise that in doing so, this also benefits all board members effectiveness.
